This could be through technical manuals, user guides, multi-lingual information portals, e-learning, videos or embedded applications.

3di works with organisations of all sizes providing technical authoring, translation and localization services. Our customers, including world-renowned brands and specialist businesses, all face complex communication challenges.

The role

The 3di Sales and Marketing team are looking for an energetic Digital Marketing Executive to drive our Content / Inbound marketing strategy. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the marketing operations including creating content, monitoring effectiveness, and implementing improvements.

This role will suit a marketing graduate with 1-2 years’ experience in small to medium-sized tech businesses looking to take on more responsibility and autonomy. You will enjoy balancing the detail and thoroughness of delivering day-to-day digital marketing campaigns with the opportunity to design and implement strategy improvements.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver successful lead generation campaigns using tools such as HubSpot,, or Leadworx
  • Write, edit and create marketing content for social media, e-mail campaigns, etc.
  • Be responsible for the content distribution so that it reaches the right audience
  • Take care of SEO and grow the organic traffic to the company’s website
  • Social media platforms management to drive engagement
  • Interview and understand our technical expertise to create meaningful and consistent messages for customers
  • Monitor and optimize on-going marketing campaigns
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and standards in marketing and communications and bring that skill into efforts and generation of new ideas
  • Investigate and implement improvements to processes and marketing strategy
  • Contribute to other marketing activities and events as required

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with copywriting / digital marketing / content production and driving engagement
  • Native English speaker with immaculate grammar and spelling
  • Passionate about getting communication right
  • Interested in why people buy and what matters to them when they have choices to make
  • Organised and able to influence others to help you deliver
  • Relaxed about changing priorities and able to meet deadlines
  • Thoughtful and conscientious about your contribution to the team
  • Strong computer skills with experience using marketing and web publishing tools (e.g. HubSpot, WordPress)
