Chiara works at 3di as a Localization Engineer, based out of our Woking office. She has always had an interest in languages, and enjoys how learning languages has helped her to broaden her horizons, and help other people people and organisations communicate effectively.
Prior to joining 3di, Chiara started in the localization industry working for a mobile gaming company, firstly as a QA Tester, then as a Translator and Project Coordinator. Within these roles, Chiara learned many of the tools and skills she now uses as a localization engineer.
Chiara has a BA in Interpreting and Translation from Middlesex University, which covered many topics, such as CAT tool, localization and project management.
Away from localization, Chiara has a real passion for jazz and swing music, which helps pass the time on her commute. Chiara also has an interest in crafts, and some of her knitting creations can be found in her Etsy shop. She's currently learning British sign language.
