Sarah Williams

Head of Service Management

Sarah is the Head of Service Management and one of the longest-serving team members at 3di. Her team of service managers play a pivotal role in helping our customers to get the best from their engagements with 3di.

Sarah holds a first-class Honours degree in Modern Languages from Durham University and worked in localization project management for several years before joining 3di in 2005. Sarah has led many of 3di’s most complex and innovative projects and services, requiring integration across multiple 3di teams and associates. This work has fuelled her passion for helping her team deliver consistently great experiences to our customers. When she’s not looking after her team and customers at 3di, Sarah spends her time practising Pilates, trail running in the local countryside, and offsetting these healthy hobbies with a sideline in cake baking.
