Duncan joined 3di in 2014 and is a Technical Communication Team Leader. During his time at 3di, Duncan has contributed to or led 30+ projects across multiple industries, including software, medical devices, and automated systems.
In more recent years, Duncan has been involved with some of our most complex projects and services for customers. Duncan finds great satisfaction in understanding customers and their products, and then overcoming their challenges through effective documentation.
Duncan brings a vast amount of front-line experience to his role, having previously held positions in various scientific fields, including spending three years as a forensic practitioner. Duncan holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry. He has experience in many technical authoring tools and is certified in Madcap Flare.
Duncan has numerous hobbies, such as squash, tinkling the ivories on his piano, and playing computer games.
