Our in-house team of 40 is based in our offices near Guildford, in Krakow and in Edinburgh: our own multi-lingual project managers, technical authors, localization engineers and tools experts. In addition, we work with experienced freelance content creators and translators all over the world, establishing and managing effective teams for each customer. We research and apply the right tools and processes to get the best from our people, so we deliver as efficiently as possible for you.
3di is BSI audited to ISO9001:2015, and a member of the ISTC (the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators) and GALA (the Globalization and Localization Association).
A commitment to quality has always been central to our way of working at 3di. This is reflected in our company strategy, job descriptions, customer satisfaction surveys, recruitment policies for technical authors and translators, management meetings and our investment in systems, standards and training.
For each project, a 3di senior manager is responsible for making sure that we have the optimum combination of process, people and technology in place so that we deliver to each customer’s high expectations. We communicate clearly and monitor carefully.
Our quality management system has been externally audited for over 15 years, including by customers, and we are currently recognised by BSI to meet the ISO9001:2015 standard (Certificate No. FS 588086).
