Duncan joined 3di in May 2014 as a Junior Technical Author and has worked his way up to Team Lead. What Duncan enjoys most about his role is the challenge of learning and understanding a variety of new technical concepts, and then communicating them in an accessible and interesting way.
Duncan brings a vast amount of front-line experience to his role, having previously held positions in various scientific fields, including spending three years as a forensic practitioner.
Duncan holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry, and has experience in various technical authoring software. He is certified in Madcap Flare.
Duncan has numerous hobbies, such as squash, tinkling the ivories on his piano, and playing computer games.
