Agenor is 3di’s Head of Localization. Agenor enjoys encouraging our team of localization engineers and PMs to find new, innovative solutions to the complex problems our customers face, and helping them design processes that enable a smooth translation and localization process.

Prior to joining 3di, Agenor has spent 20 years working in several different roles in the localization industry. Agenor has been involved in training many of the translators that currently work in Poland, managed many translation and localization events (such as the Translation and Localization conference), worked at a specialist translation and CAT tool provider, and has also co-published a book on software localization (with Marta Bartnicka). He has also published a first-ever course on AI in localization.

Agenor holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Szczecin Technical University, as well as a Prince2 qualification in project management.

Away from localization, Agenor keeps himself busy writing, designing, and composing. Currently, he dedicates most of his spare time to his band, Parasoul, and releasing some new music.
