Moxion is an industry-leading provider of mobile energy storage products and technologies. Their goal is to accelerate ‘last-mile electrification’ for its customers, and enable a more resilient and sustainable future.
Aim: Creating documentation for a groundbreaking new product
Moxion’s MP75-600 revolutionary approach to mobile power storage had strong customer demand, even during product development. The product is relatively simple to use, and needed a clear user manual that was compliant with regulations, and helped ensure easy and safe operation. Moxion also needed other supporting documentation, including a repair manual and information for their growing team, as well as partners and future users.

Challenges: A quickly evolving product
Moxion’s MP75-600 evolved quickly as Moxion received feedback from the market, and the supporting documentation needed to keep pace. Moxion also wanted to provide documentation in multiple formats (including web help and PDF) so that its customers could find help resources when and where they needed them.
As Moxion were bringing a brand new product to market, it was important to ensure they had a documentation partner that not only understood the product, but that could create supporting content that would make using the MP75-600 as frictionless and easy as possible, all while adhering to local and federal regulations,
and maintaining the Moxion brand.
