Kacper is a Junior Content Tools Developer at 3di. He joined the Kraków office in 2022, starting out as a Technical Writer. He later worked briefly as a Lead Author before eventually moving to the Technology Team. In his current role, he implements technology solutions for customers, develops content tools, and supports publishing and authoring activities.
Before joining 3di, Kacper worked as an English tutor and translator – experience that proved valuable in his transition to technical writing. He has a keen interest in science and technology, and enjoys the challenge of breaking down complex systems. He finds fulfilment in solving technical problems, researching new solutions, and improving existing tools.
Kacper holds a degree in English, a postgraduate qualification in Technical Communication, and a certificate from ITCQF. Beyond formal training, he actively expands his technical skills through self-study and hands-on experience.
Away from work, Kacper enjoys exploring the horror genre – through film, manga, and video games. When not seeking thrills, he winds down by listening to Tangerine Dream on his finely tuned audio system.
